Could BlackRock change the issuance schedule of Bitcoin?

“With the introduction of the ETF, BlackRock now holds 44,000+ BTC. Would it be possible for BlackRock in the future to then take over BTC by getting on the governance board or by gaining influence over them and issuing BIPs to increase the supply from 21 million and increase the rewards to miners?”
